Swoops grant program

In March, we open sourced the Swoops codebase so that our community could take the reins and continue the mission of democraticizing sports ownership.

Today, we are announcing a grants initiative for teams who are continuing on the Swoops mission:

• We will give out $12,000 total, in the form of 6 $2000 grants. Actual payments will take place in eth. After a certain time, we'll distribute any leftover funds in some fair manner.
• Teams will be evaluated on commitment to the Swoops mission, technical and business abilities, and founder profiles.
• Applications will be open until May 25th. Manish and David will review applications and make final decisions by June 7th.
